Modern/Contemporary Session

We start with a warm-up to get your body moving and ready. We then work on a choreography routine that highlights moern and cintemporary movement. Catered towards what I would be teaching in class. We finish with a cool-down, including stretches and relaxation, to help your body recover and stay flexible. Session will be fiilmed. Spots are very limited. This is an advanced session.
