Stretch Session

Slower pace. In this stretch session, we begin with a warm-up to increase blood flow and prepare your muscles, followed by upper and lower body stretches targeting shoulders, arms, and neck to relieve tension, including hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, and hips, to enhance flexibility. We then work on core and back stretches, incorporating exercises like seated twists and child’s pose to support spinal health. Finally, we cool down with deep breathing and gentle stretching, leaving you refreshed and limber with reduced muscle tension and improved mobility. SESSION WILL BE FILMED. SPOTS LIMITED
