Heels Session

In this heels dance session, we start with a warm-up to get your body moving and ready. We then work on a choreography routine that highlights the power and elegance of dancing in heels. Catered towards what I would be teaching in class. We finish with a cool-down, including stretches and relaxation, to help your body recover and stay flexible. THIS IS AN ADVANCED SESSION. SESSION WILL BE FILMED. SPOTS LIMITED
